How This Works

Corporate housing is a comfortable and affordable alternative to staying in a hotel when you have to be away from home for an extended stay. Dwelling Suites offers fully furnished apartments that are ready to live in with just your suitcase. We have a 30-day minimum for all stays, but also offer daily and weekly rates once your 30-day minimum is satisfied.

Inclusions

When you arrive, everything will be ready to go. Dwelling Suites includes free Wi-Fi, media streaming devices on every TV, as well as basic cable. Everything you need to be comfortable will be waiting for you the moment you walk in the door.


PARKING
Every suite includes an assigned covered parking space. Covered parking is for resident use only. Additional parking is available on a first come first serve basis in any non-covered parking space located throughout the property.

IN SELECT SUITES we have special features in some of our suites. In our 2- and 3-bedroom suites, the extra bedrooms will have different sleeping arrangements than the master bedroom, and some suites have office nooks, for our business travelers.

Our Seniors get special perks, so make sure you check the 65+ box during your booking process. We have seasonal vacation guests who have come back every year for over a decade, because they love our Senior Activities so much. Our Luxury Suites include many features designed to improve your stay and give you that extra-customized feeling of being “home away from home.”
